Mai Vino is an organic, women-run wine project sourcing 80-year-old dry-farmed vines in Chile's Itata Valley, one of the country's oldest coastal wine regions. Amber blends 90% Moscatel de Alejandria with 10% Semillon, wild-fermented and left on the skins for 28 days; the wine is packaged in a lightweight, resealable pouch designed to cut the format's carbon footprint and keep opened wine fresh longer.
