Profile & Story

Mas Candí is a boutique Penedès winery founded in 2006 by Ramón Jané, Mercè Cuscó, and Toni Carbó, built around organic, chemical-free farming. The estate is one of the founding members of Corpinnat, the group of growers who broke from the Cava appellation to guarantee estate-grown, hand-harvested, organically farmed fruit and long lees aging. This Brut Nature is a traditional-method blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Sumoll, and Parellada from the estate's own certified-organic vineyards, hand-harvested and pressed directly, then aged on its lees in bottle before release with zero dosage.

Tasting Notes

A pale straw-yellow Corpinnat with a fine, persistent bead. Classic Brut Nature character: notes of citrus and orchard fruit meet a savory, lees-driven edge, with bright, cutting acidity and a long, dry finish typical of zero-dosage traditional-method sparkling wine.
