Roberto Henríquez farms centuries-old, dry-farmed, bush-trained vines on the granitic Coastal Cordillera of Chile's Itata Valley, working the land personally with the help of draft animals. Rivera del Notro Blanco blends Semillón, Corinto (a synonym for Chasselas), and Muscat of Alexandria (Moscatel) from very old vineyards, harvested and fermented separately — Corinto first, then Muscat, then Semillón — before blending, and made with extended skin contact in the orange-wine style.
