Roxanich is a natural-wine estate in the medieval hill town of Motovun, Istria, farmed organically and biodynamically with minimal technological intervention. Tara is the estate's flagship red blend, combining Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Borgonja (Blaufränkisch), Barbera, Lambrusco, and Malvasia Nera, aged for up to nine years across large wooden vats, amphorae (giare), and barrels before an unfiltered bottling.

A long-aged Istrian red blend built for balance: gentle, resolved tannins, moderate acidity, and integrated alcohol give a supple, savory wine shaped by years of slow oxidative aging rather than fresh, primary fruit.
