Celler 9+ (Moisès Virgili), La Nou de Gaià, Tarragona (Catalonia). Skin-contact wine from Cartoixà Vermell, a red-skinned mutation of Xarel·lo; ~18-day maceration, pressed and aged ~6 months on lees in stainless steel. Organic (CCPAE), biodynamic/regenerative; unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfur.

Tasting Notes

Peach, apricot, hazelnut, quince and honey with dried-fruit notes; generous and well-structured, with crunchy tannins and refreshing citrus.
