Profile & Story
Cyril & Jean-Mi — collaboration between grower Cyril and vigneron Jean-Michel near Nîmes, Languedoc (Vin de France). Equal parts old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from organic vineyards; fermented in cement with a ~10-day maceration and raised in stainless steel, bottled with minimal sulfur.
Tasting Notes
Macerated raspberry, red plum and violets; supple, medium-bodied palate with fine tannins, crisp acidity and a lively, peppery finish.
