Domaine Le Loup Bleu (Sylvie & Marc Dubois), at the foot of Montagne Sainte-Victoire, Côtes de Provence; organic since 2015. 'Vol de Nuit' rosé is ~75% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 3% Rolle and 2% Clairette, direct-pressed after a short maceration and fermented in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Pale salmon; raspberry and peach on the nose; crisp and lively palate of red berries and citrus with vibrant acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
