Llopart — family estate in Subirats, Penedès (Catalonia); founding member of Corpinnat. Brut Reserva is a traditional-method sparkling blend of the estate's local varieties (Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada, with Monastrell and Chardonnay), aged over 18 months on the lees before disgorgement and a Brut dosage.
Tasting Notes
Bright straw-yellow with fine, persistent bubbles; clean nose of primary white-fruit aromas; smooth, fresh and vibrant on the palate with lively acidity and a long finish.
