Milan Nestarec, Moravia (Czechia). 'Hedonista' is a low-intervention cuvée of Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling and Neuburger with a short (~3-day) skin maceration and spontaneous fermentation, aged in a 3,000 L barrel as a solera of the 2021–2023 vintages; unfined, unfiltered, ~5 mg SO₂ at bottling.
