'Amorici' is a field blend co-fermented from a dozen red, white and pink hybrid varieties grown together at the Amorici vineyard (Washington County, NY); carbonic maceration ~2 days, foot-tread and pressed to stainless. Light red, served chilled.
Tasting Notes
Juicy, light-bodied red best served with a chill; candied red-fruit character with the 'greater-than-the-sum' complexity of an old field blend; glou-glou.
