00 Wines is a négociant house that sources and vinifies small-lot Burgundy cuvées; this is their inaugural Beaune 1er Cru Les Cent Vignes bottling, from a traditionally underappreciated terroir of light sand and limestone soils at the base of the Beaune hillside.
Tasting Notes
Autumnal spice, dried orange peel and sugar-dusted raspberry aromas over a crisp core of red berry fruit and inner rose tones, with zesty acidity and a long, structured, grippy-tannin finish.
