Profile & Story

Founded in 1818, Billecart-Salmon is a family-owned Champagne house. Le Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is blended entirely from Chardonnay grown in the four Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs — Avize, Chouilly, Cramant and Mesnil-sur-Oger — vinified in stainless steel with 20-50% reserve wines and aged on lees for 4-5 years.

Tasting Notes

A pure, mineral, saline Blanc de Blancs with chalky, meringue texture, fresh almond, citrus zest and brioche notes, and an uncommonly long, bone-dry finish.
