Profile & Story
Delas Frères has cultivated vineyards on the steep granite slopes of the northern Rhône for over 160 years; Saint-Esprit is their signature Côtes du Rhône blend, sourced under long-term grower contracts and blending roughly 60% Grenache (mostly Vaucluse), 30% Syrah (Gard) and a small amount of Mourvèdre and other traditional varieties.
Tasting Notes
Deep, dark plum-like color with classic Syrah-led aromatics of berry fruit, violet and licorice; a full, rounded palate with delicate tannins.
Pairing Recommendation
Pairs with flank steak, potato rösti and sautéed chanterelles.
