Profile & Story
The De Oliveira family, originally from Portugal, settled in Fontenay-près-Chablis before WWII and founded their domaine in 1955 with under a hectare of vines; the estate has since grown to 48 hectares on the right bank of the Serein, farmed under lutte raisonnée. Wines are fermented and aged in stainless steel for purity and focus.
Tasting Notes
Golden yellow with green tints; clear, fresh notes of white flowers, lemon and grapefruit that give way to riper fruit and a long, refined, Kimmeridgian-limestone-driven finish.

Pairs with fish or poultry terrines, grilled fish, asparagus and assorted charcuterie.
