Domaine du Grand Moulin has been farmed by the Chainier family for four generations on twelve hectares of siliceous limestone clay along the Cher River near Tours, where a 16th-century windmill that once ground flour for Château Chenonceau still stands amid the vines. Grapes are hand-harvested and sustainably farmed.
Tasting Notes
100% Sauvignon Blanc fermented and aged in stainless steel for ten months; a full bouquet of citrus fruit over a bed of rock, drinking easy with refreshing, balanced acidity.
