Lise and Bertrand Jousset farm 11 hectares biodynamically on the left bank of the Loire in Montlouis-sur-Loire, among the region's most respected natural growers. Exilé is a méthode ancestrale (pét-nat) rosé from organically farmed Grolleau and Gamay on sandy-siliceous soils, fermented with native yeasts and bottled before fermentation completes so its bubbles form naturally, with minimal SO2 and no disgorgement.
