Profile & Story

Podere Pertimali, on the Montosoli hill north of Montalcino, has been farmed by the Sassetti family for three generations. Livio Sassetti, a founding member of the Consorzio del Brunello di Montalcino in 1967, and his son Lorenzo craft traditionally-styled, earthy expressions of Sangiovese.
