Taylor Fladgate has traded in the Douro since the 1690s, is one of the oldest Port houses still owned by descendants of its founders, and pioneered the Late Bottled Vintage style; the firm has owned Quinta de Vargellas since 1893.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with a fragrant nose of blackberry and blackcurrant, layered with wild herbs and a hint of liquorice; the palate is rich and velvety with a long, fruit-driven finish.
