Profile & Story
Pinot Grigio has been grown in Trentino for decades, and Cantina Lavis draws its fruit from the vineyards of Lavis and Gardolo, where sandy loam soils built from Avisio river and Adige alluvial deposits suit the variety well. The wine is manually harvested, gently pressed, and aged on the lees for five to six months.
Tasting Notes
Intense golden yellow, with a warm bouquet of ripe fruit and honey. Rich minerality carries through to a long, fruity finish.
