I Lauri is a family estate in Loreto Aprutino, Abruzzo, founded in 2007 by Rodrigo and Antonella Redmont and named for the laurel trees once native to the area. The estate farms with sustainable, terroir-focused methods, producing single-varietal wines that reflect the character of the Abruzzo hills.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red with violet undertones, with an intense bouquet of ripe red fruit and warm spice from six months in Slavonian oak. The palate is juicy and fruit-forward, balanced by bright acidity and elegant, approachable tannin.
