Profile & Story

Isotta Manzoni is a Prosecco project from the Pitars family, whose winemaking roots in Friuli-Venezia Giulia trace back to 1644, with the modern estate built in 1968 as Cantina San Martino. Fourth-generation family members now tend hillside vineyards in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area, where the Glera grapes for this cuvee are grown.

Tasting Notes

Made in the Charmat method for fine, persistent bubbles, this Prosecco offers baked apple, lemon and grapefruit character with a lightly creamy, mineral texture and a clean citrus finish.
