San Giovanni della Sala comes from the vineyards surrounding Antinori's medieval Castello della Sala in Umbria, about 18km from Orvieto. It's a contemporary blend of the indigenous Grechetto and Procanico with Pinot Bianco and Viognier, each variety fermented separately before blending.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with light green hues; floral notes and ripe fruit aromas, especially peach and pineapple.
