Profile & Story

Dio Fili Estate, founded in 2006 by Yiannis Boutaris (of Kir-Yianni) with Yiannis Polizos Goutziamanis and Georgia, farms in Siatista in Greek Macedonia. This rosé blends Xinomavro, Greece's most celebrated indigenous red grape, with the ultra-rare local variety Moschomavro, aged in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

Deep pinkish-red color; the nose bursts with rich ripe red berries, crisp stone fruit and hints of white pepper and minerality.
