Moët & Chandon's signature non-vintage cuvée, crafted since 1869 from more than 100 individual wines with 20–30% reserve wines for consistency and complexity. The blend draws on Champagne's diversity across nearly 280 crus: 30–40% Pinot Noir, 30–40% Pinot Meunier and 20–30% Chardonnay. Dosage: 7 g/L.
Tasting Notes
Golden straw yellow with green highlights; a bouquet of green apple and citrus fruit, white flowers and blond notes of brioche and fresh nuts, leading to a generous palate of white-fleshed fruit (pear, peach, apple) with fine bubbles and soft citrus vivacity.
