The Seeker sources its Riesling from steep, slate-soil vineyard sites in Trittenheim and Piesport in Germany's Mosel Valley, fermenting in stainless steel and oak casks and aging 3–8 months before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Off-dry with crisp acidity and vibrant fruit — citrus, stone fruit and pineapple — finishing on a mineral note (28 g/L RS, 11.69% ABV).
