Profile & Story

Domaines Minchin, trading as La Tour Saint Martin, was built by Bertrand Minchin starting in the village of Morogues in Menetou-Salon over twenty years ago; the estate has since grown to roughly 42 acres in Menetou-Salon plus additional vineyards in Valencay. The domaine farms Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir on the appellation's limestone-rich terroir and is HVE-certified, currently converting to organic viticulture. The Morogues bottling is fermented and aged in stainless steel on fine lees.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant grapefruit, lemon zest and lime blossom on the nose, with hints of crushed stone, white flowers and salinity; a mineral-driven expression of Menetou-Salon's limestone soils.
