Land of Saints is a collaboration between winemakers Jason Osborne, Angela Osborne (A Tribute to Grace) and Manuel Cuevas (C2 Cellars), formed around a shared focus on the terroirs of Santa Barbara County. The Pinot Noir is sourced from seven sites across Arroyo Grande, Santa Maria Valley and Sta. Rita Hills, each harvested and vinified separately; the Arroyo Grande fruit is fully de-stemmed while the Santa Maria Valley and Sta. Rita Hills lots ferment with 25% whole cluster, aging 13 months in neutral 59-gallon barrique before blending.
