Maloof Wines is the Willamette Valley project of Ross and Bee Maloof, who left their previous careers in 2017 to farm and make wine full-time at No Clos Radio, their estate outside Forest Grove, Oregon, working with organically and biodynamically farmed fruit. 'Where Ya PJ's At?' blends skin-contact Pinot Gris (about 21 days on skins) with barrel-fermented, direct-pressed Riesling; both lots age in neutral oak before being assembled in spring and bottled unfined and unfiltered at 11.5% ABV.
