Profile & Story
Time Place Wine Co. is built on the idea that wine is a reflection of time and place - the culmination of climate, season, site and study. Winemaker Jamey Whetstone moved to Napa Valley in 1996 to manage Mustards Grill before apprenticing at Turley Wine Cellars under Ehren Jordan through 2005; he sources Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley for the label, using oak judiciously to let the vineyard show through.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple in color, with a nose of dark plum and cassis, and a palate of brambly blackberry and ripe plum framed by notes of cigar box from time in French oak.
