Bodegues Sumarroca is a family estate in the Alt Penedes, farming its own vineyards for cava and still wine. The Brut Reserva Rose is built predominantly on Pinot Noir grown around the estate, with a small addition of Garnatxa, made by the traditional method and aged on its lees to Reserva level.
Tasting Notes
