The Zeni family has made wine in Verona for around 150 years, working 60 hectares of vines from two cellars, one in Bardolino and one in Valpolicella. The Chiaretto Classico is a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara from the 'Vigne Alte' selection on the morainic hills of the eastern shore of Lake Garda, hand-harvested at optimum ripeness and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel after a short maceration.
