Our 2022 Colton's Cabernet is a stunning expression of Cabernet Sauvignon grown on our Lucky 8 Vineyard in the Livermore Valley. Tasting Notes
Colton's Cabernet showcases a deep ruby color that hints at the richness within. On the nose, you’ll discover an enticing array of bright cherry notes, sweet baking spices, ripe raspberries, red currant, and sweet vanilla. On the palate, this wine is exceptionally well-balanced, with a nice acidity and softer tannins that make it incredibly approachable. Flavors of chocolate-covered cherries, clove, nutmeg, and raspberry create a complex and layered experience, culminating in a finish that harmonizes both red and dark fruit flavors with a savory quality.
