Tenuta San Giacomo lies a few miles from the town of Gavi on the hills of the Ligurian Pre-Apennines, owned by the Bergaglio family across three generations - currently led by Dario Bergaglio. The estate's 20 hectares are farmed exclusively to Cortese, the grape of Gavi, in partnership with importer Andrea Fassone.
Tasting Notes
A classic Gavi di Gavi - crisp and mineral with citrus and green apple, built on 100% Cortese from vines close to the appellation's historic center.
