Tasting Notes
"Glitch" is a wine that embraces the unexpected—just like those happy accidents in life that turn out to be something extraordinary. This 2022 blend is a perfect example of how diverse elements can come together to create something truly unique. A ruby-hued gem in the glass, "Glitch" immediately captures your attention with its vibrant color and intriguing complexity. Nose: mix of maraschino cherries and crushed strawberries, evoking a sense of indulgence, while notes of licorice and anise add an unexpected twist. A hint of black pepper lingers in the background. Palate: balance and approachability. It’s fermented dry, with medium acidity that keeps things lively without overwhelming the fruit. The body is medium-minus, making it light enough to enjoy casually, yet with enough depth to hold your interest. Texture: soft, almost silky, with medium tannins that provide just the right amount of structure. Yet, the underlying tannic structure is unmistakable, ensuring a robust backbone that promises longevity suitable for aging.
