Profile & Story
Chateau Routas sits in the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation, acquired in 2005 by Sir David Murray; the estate farms roughly 40 hectares of vines. The rose blends Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, each variety harvested and vinified separately before blending.
Tasting Notes
Freshly cut watermelon and ripe peach aromas with floral notes, leading to a palate of wild strawberries and mineral nuances, finished by crisp acidity.
