The Fornerot family has farmed in Saint-Aubin for more than five centuries; Jerome Fornerot launched his own domaine in 2004 and now farms 16.5 hectares. This Bourgogne Rouge Vieilles Vignes comes from old-vine plots on the outskirts of Santenay planted in the 1940s and 1970s, hand-harvested and fully destemmed.
