About the Wine
The 2022 Gamay hails from the esteemed Portico Hills Vineyard in Los Alamos. It was harvested during the first week of September. This wine is fermented using wild yeast to bring out the unique characteristics of the grape. We also incorporated 25% whole clusters in this wine. Following fermentation, the wine was aged in French neutral oak barrels for a duration of 6 mos before being bottled. This process ensures that the wine reaches its full petential, delivering a delightful sensory experience.
