Profile & Story
Belnd: 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 11% Flora, 4% Sémillon. The aromatics and acidity of Sauvignon Blanc are balanced by the addition of Sémillon, its traditional Bordeaux blending partner, which gives body and weight to the blend. Flora, a native California cross of Gewürztraminer and Sémillon, is added to further increase aromatic complexity. The average vine age is 40 years. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. UPC 0 98698 78901 7.
Tasting Notes
Aroma – Nectarine, passionfruit, and lime rind, with slight overtones of green apple. Palate – Bright, clean, and fruit-driven palate with mineral and herbaceous notes on the finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Perfect with fresh oysters, goat cheese, light salads, and grilled white fish. Its bright acidity also makes it a wonderful match for spring vegetables or light pasta dishes. Serving Temperature: 6–8°C
