Chateau du Seuil farms certified-organic vineyards at 350-500m -- among the highest in Aix-en-Provence -- with vines over 30 years old. La Chapelle du Seuil is a direct-press rose blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Rolle, fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
White nectarine, white cherry, and perfumed florals meet a touch of salinity on the finish; a stylish, classically proportioned Provencal rose sitting in the sweet spot of fruit ripeness and chalky acidity.
