Miyasaka Jozo is a sake brewery in Suwa, Nagano, Japan, producer of the Masumi label. This liqueur is built on Masumi's own Sumi shochu base, infused with yuzu citrus juice and sugar to create a bright, aromatic expression of the fruit long used as an accent in Japanese cooking.
