Profile & Story
Isotta Manzoni is a Prosecco brand of the Pitars family estate in Grave del Friuli, whose viticulture history dates to 1644; the modern winery, Cantina San Martino, was built in 1968. Cuvee Giuliana is a 100% Glera Prosecco made by the Charmat method, with roughly 60,000 bottles produced each year and one month of aging in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and well-balanced, offering baked apple, sour lemon and grapefruit with a lightly creamy mineral texture, closing on a pleasant lemon-and-mineral finish.
