Hues That Magic 2022

Hues is a collaboration between Highly Recommended NYC - a Brooklyn-based wine club and consultancy founded by Marquis Williams - and Pepin, a collective of certified-organic growers in Alsace founded in 2021 by Jean and Pierre Dietrich of Domaine Achillee together with consulting oenologists Xavier Couturier and Pierre Sanchez. Pepin's growers hand-harvest and work with native yeasts, adding and taking nothing away. 'That Magic!' is their pet-nat cuvee, made in the same low-intervention style as the rest of the Hues range.
