Tormaresca Calafuria Rose 2020

Tormaresca is an Antinori-owned estate in Puglia, and Calafuria takes its name from one of the historic coastal watchtower coves along the Apulian shoreline. The rose is made from Negroamaro grown in Salento; grapes are destemmed and gently pressed immediately after harvest, with the must clarified in temperature-controlled steel at 12°C before fermenting at 16°C to preserve its aromatic character, then resting briefly on the lees before bottling.
