Profile & Story
Valdo is a historic Prosecco house based in Valdobbiadene, Veneto. This Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is made from Glera grown at around 80 meters above sea level; after soft pressing, the wine ferments with selected yeasts at controlled temperature before spending three months developing its bubbles in a pressurized tank.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw yellow with greenish highlights, delicately fruity and floral on the nose, and harmonious, dry, and savory on the palate with a light mineral finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif, and pairs well with appetizers and light first courses.
