Champagne Gamet is a grower-producer house based in the Vallee de la Marne. The Rive Droite cuvee is a Blanc de Noirs blend of 85% Pinot Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir, with roughly 30% reserve wines, sourced from ten estate parcels (including Bas-Bauchets, La Fontaine du Cure, Margaines, and Clos des Goulots). The wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel, completes malolactic fermentation, and rests a minimum of 20 months on lees before a dosage of 4 g/L.
