About the Wine

Arkuri symbolizes the place on the slopes of Ararat where, according to the Bible, Noah, a man of the soil, was the first to plant a vineyard. Produced from the indigenous noble variety Areni grown in our estate vineyards in Rind and Aghavnadzor villages of Vayots Dzor region, this wine is elegant and harmonious, expressing rich flavors of red cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant, subtle violet notes with a touch of spiciness and lingering finish. This is a truly authentic wine and a genuine expression of our terroir.
