About the Wine

Arkuri symbolizes the place on the slopes of Ararat where, according to the Bible, Noah, a man of the soil, was the first to plant a vineyard. Produced from the indigenous and very rare variety Khatouni, hand harvested from our estate vineyards in Rind and Aghavnadzor villages of Vayots Dzor region, this unique wine has citrusy aromas, balanced with gentle pineapple. The wine has a crisp acidity and marked minerality on the finish. This is truly authentic wine and a genuine expression of our terroir.
