Profile & Story

Chateau Minuty has farmed the Saint-Tropez peninsula since 1936. Rose et Or, created in 2009 by the Matton family, draws on plots across the estate's three main terroirs (schist, clay and sand), all certified High Environmental Value (HVE) and hand-harvested, and has become a benchmark for gastronomic Provence rose.
