Huia Vineyards is a certified-organic, family-run producer in Marlborough, New Zealand, founded by winemakers Claire Allan and Mike Allan. This Sauvignon Blanc blends fruit from the Huia home block and the Churton vineyard, fermented with wild, organic yeasts.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw with a green tinge; aromas of cantaloupe, tropical fruit, passionfruit, key lime pie and honeysuckle give way to a silky, bright palate of Granny Smith apple, gooseberry and hazelnut.
