Co-Ferment of Merwah (80%) and Apples (20%) Sandy soils. 1500m above sea level. Hand-harvested. Carbonic maceration for apples. Skin contact for the grapes. Fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks. Ambient yeast fermentation. Unfined/Unfiltered. Undisgorged.
